Are you a winner? Yes you are. You may not feel like all the time or at all but you are! You are designed and destined to win in life. Maybe setbacks, hurts, even failures have you down on yourself but your past doesn’t define you. I’m in therapy and I think a lot of people would benefit from therapy, but when I’m not feeling particularly fabulous about my life or day or self she has me write down facts about myself and my life that dispute the negative things I may think about myself. I want to encourage you to write down your wins. Write down even the small things. I.e., I have a running list, today I added some things that seem silly and small but they help for build my self esteem. I added that I’m eco friendly and my house is clean lol! No that doesn’t make me Oprah Winfrey or anything but it does help me feel good about myself. In business or personal life, what are your “wins” for …
I bet it is! You’re Instagram gallery that is. Your Instagram gallery is as much a part of your business portfolio as it is an overt marketing tool. If you have attracted some enough to click over and have a look see at your gallery, what they see should captivate them. The look of the page should flow, and be consistently you. Also, you should go through and make sure all of your pics are good! If not, delete. As you look at your gallery, if anything stands out to you that just doesn’t look right or seem to fit at least somewhat with the rest of your gallery, delete it. For that matter, you should do this with your Facebook pages and groups as well!
As a blogger I am often sent things to review and blog about and then there are the times I see something and I’m like “I think I will LOVE that!” and I try it! I had seen Jamberry on the Direct Sales circuit, then met an amazing consultant and jumped in. Signed up, got a kit, can sell it, the whole shebang! I can NOT stress to you how amazing this product is and how much easier it has made my life! Last night I was playing scrabble with my son and putting on my Jamberry nails. Two years ago I sincerely thought the tassel thing would pass real quick. I saw it as a real niche style that only certain people would like but I was wrong. I didn’t like tassels at all and now I LOVE! I have some on order from Stella & Dot and I can’t wait for them to arrive. If you have tassel fever, let me know and I’ll hook you up with some pretties! Then there’s the lace up sandal thing. I did that, sort of, in high school in the 80’s and was like the only one at my school wearing them. That look DID NOT take off then the way it is now. Again, another thing that I thought would pass a couple of summers ago. I didn’t get into it and now I am looking for the perfect pair. So my kid comes home and starts mixing Chai Tea with Hot Chocolate and I’m like YUK! He made this several times and each time I was like that’s crazy, mixing hot chocolate with tea. I know that tea is mixed with a lot of things, as is coffee but I’m a bit out of loop on that. ANYWAY, finally I tried it one night and I was smitten! It is DELICIOUS! K so boil some water, steep your Chai Tea bag then add hot chocolate, mix and enjoy!

Soooo I got super sick in 2016 and was hospitalized. Long story but ANYWAY I lost a lot of hair, and much of what remained broke off and this made me sad. So I went to work right away looking for solutions and what I came up with is kind of a combo. I use this amazing organic shampoo that I get at Sprouts along with a Monat mask and conditioner. Now I do use the Monat shampoo too, I mix it together. I also take a Collagen product from Sprouts for hair skin and nails. Guess what yall? It worked! My hair is coming back fuller and stronger and I’m not having to hide it in a hat or put up all the time. That makes me happy! I can refer you to my Monat rep if you are interested!

Having struggled much of my life with what I would call “very severe” anxiety disorder, I deeply appreciate anything that contributes positively to our mental health.
